Our pricing is simple: $299 for gutter cleaning for a single story home, and $399 on a double story home. This includes all roof gutters including garage, veranda etcetera.
Most of the time, we clean the gutters from the roof. This method is FAR more effective than cleaning off a ladder or using a vacuum system from the ground. After securing the ladder and safely accessing the roof, gutters are cleared of weeds, leaves and debris either by hand, or by the use of a powerful vacuum, depending on the nature of the job.
After cleaning, the gutters and downpipes are flushed with water. Many gutter cleaning businesses skip this step because it takes additional time, however flushing is CRITICAL for identifying blockages in downpipes and results in a far superior gutter clean.
Once we’re done, we always give the roof a general check-over, to make sure there are no broken tiles etc, take some before and after photos, and clean up any mess we may have made.
Debris from the gutters can be disposed of into your green waste bin or into garden beds, or taken off-site depending on the nature of the job. We clean up any mess that we make, so other than clean gutters and maybe some fresh mulch, you’ll never know were were there.

You do not need to be home when we clean your gutters. As long as we can access the house to set up our ladders, then we can get it done. We will require access to tap water to connect our hose to flush the gutters, but we do not need electricity.
Unfortunately, cleaning gutters with guards can be extremely labour intensive, usually requiring the guards to be removed, the gutters cleaned, and the guards re-installed. The guards are often brittle and easily damaged, or entagled with weeds makeing them impossible to clean effectively. For these reasons, we do not offer to clean gutters with guards installed.
If you do have gutter guards installed, we can permanently remove and dispose the guards so that the gutters are restored to a state where they can be effectively cleaned. Just select the “Gutter Guard Removal” service on our booking page.
Home-owners with guards installed usually know that they have them. So if you are unsure, you probably don’t have them. If you’re not sure, you can simply book a standard gutter clean, and if it turns out you do have gutter guards, we’ll stop the job, let you know. You can then decide if you want to get the guards removed, or simply cancel the job, free of charge.
